Dear Hannah,
On behalf of all my family I would like to thank you for arranging Mum’s funeral yesterday. Everything ran very smoothly and my brothers and I were pleased to have been able to give our Mum a fitting send off. I would especially like to acknowledge the staff who were with us on the day, who worked with quiet professionalism and great dignity. The cars were lovely, the order of service looked very nice and the organist did a wonderful job.
Finally, but most importantly, we would like to thank you for making a difficult time so much easier, because of your down-to-earth humanity in dealing with such a sensitive occasion.
